Crust Ingredients:
1 cup peanuts
2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
6 small pitted dates (3–4 large dates)
dash of salt
4 frozen bananas
Crust Directions:
1. In a food processor, blend all the ingredients until thoroughly mixed together. The mixture should stick together.
2. Press into a pie dish and place in the freezer while making the filling.
Pie Directions:
1. Blend together frozen bananas and cocoa using a food processor. Mix until the bananas have a "custardy" texture.
2. Put pie filling on top of the crust and freeze for about an hour. Store in freezer and remove about 20 minutes prior to serving.
