Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients: 

3/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds

3/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
1/2 cup pitted dates (use less if you don't want them as sweet)
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional but a good source of omegas and protein)
Directions: 

1.  Blend together all ingredients, using a food processor.

2.  Roll into balls.
3.  Store in fridge in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
