Vegan Meat Loaf

Ingredients: 

3 cups rice

2 cups rolled aats

2 cups flax seed flour

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

1 tablespoon cumin

1 tablespoon black pepper

1 tablespoon salt

1 tablespoon white wine vinegar

1/4 cup olive oil

 

Directions: 

1. Mix all ingredients and shape into meatloaf form.
2. Bake on 350F for 45min or until golden brown.
3. Spread with your custom meatloaf sauce or ketchup. Enjoy!
