1 ½ cups raw macadamia nuts (or a mix of macadamia and cashew)

2-3 tablespoons Savory Yeast flakes (also known as Nutritional Yeast

Braggs to taste (about 2 teaspoons)

Pinch of Sea salt

Water to desired consistency ( ½ - 1 cup of water)

Pinch black pepper or cayenne pepper (or even curry powder) Optional

Grind nuts to a powder with Bamix or in blender
2.
When nuts are powdered – add Savory Yeast flakes and Braggs
3.
Add water while blending to achieve desired consistency (mix does thicken so make slightly runnier than you’d normally want)
4.
Add salt and pepper to taste as you blend
5.
Sit in fridge for 5-10 mins before using to allow thickening up.
