Newbie Smoothie

Ingredients: 

All natural apple juice.

4-6 frozen strawberries.

Half of a banana, chopped.

1/4 cup seedless chopped watermelon.

1 tablespoon flax seed oil.

1-2 tablespoons hemp seeds.

Directions: 

Pour all natural apple juice in blender, then add the rest of the ingredients. (I didn't add how much apple juice to put in because I suggest you play around with different amounts.)

When I make this it equals out to about 10 ounces of smoothie which is great for me considering I can't drink a lot in one sitting.
