-375ml of 365 unsweetened almond milk or other nut milk
-2 medjool dates
-1 full tsp of spirulina
-1tsp of high grade matcha or the equivalent for low grade
-saffron
-anise flowers (let soak in a little bit of hot almond milk, then take out the flowers and add the milk to the shake)
-(add a banana for more nutrition if needed)
