Oven Baked Rosemary Chips

Ingredients: 

3 russet potatoes

Non-tick oil spray (vegetable or EVOO is fine)

salt and pepper to taste

fresh rosemary to taste

other seasonings of choice 

Directions: 

Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray.

Scrub and peel the potatoes. Slice them very thinly and add a single layer onto baing sheet.

Spray the potatoes with oil and season with salt, pepper, and crushed rosemary to taste. Add other seasonings if desired.

Bake 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

(Each serving: 110 cal; 0g fat).
