The other day I came up the idea of joining the salty and sweet and I thought why not join vegetables and soft fruits? The combination seemed interesting and I found that really were flavors that complemented each other. The name struck me as pompous enough! =)
1- Fried poatoes preciously shoped in cubes (2-stroke - very important to get good fries!) ...
2- Sauté the small pieces of seitan, and thenvegetables and finally some red fruits in olive oil . All seasoned with a little paprika, salt, garlic, my, massala (you can use what you prefer), lemon and pepper.
3- Then just put it all over the potatoes and serve .... uhhhmmmm
