Hip N' Hempy Spinach Flatbread (gluten free!)

Ingredients: 

1 Cup Spinach

1/2 Cup Gluten free flour (I used quinoa) 

1/2 Cup Ground Flaxseed

1/4 Cup chopped Onion

1/2 Cup Water

1/4 Cup Hempseeds

2 Tsp. Chipotle Spice

Salt to Taste

Oven set to 325 F

Directions: 

Preheat oven to 325 F 

Process the Spinach until finely chopped.

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. 

Spread mixture onto greased cooking sheet about 1/4 inch thick.

Bake for 12-15 minutes.
