Pumpkin Fava Bean Hummus

Ingredients: 

1 Cup Fava Beans

1/2 Cup Fresh Pumpkin Puree

1 Tbsp. Tahini

2 Tsp. Curry Powder

2 Limes Juiced

1 Tsp. Garlic

Salt to Taste

Directions: 

Mix all ingredients in food processor until blended smoothly, or chunky! However you like.

 

Enjoy with your favorite raw veggies or bread variations!
