Green Goddess Smoothie

Ingredients: 

1 ripe banana, chopped, frozen

1 ½ cups fresh spinach leaves

⅓ cup fresh red, yellow, and/or green bell peppers, chopped

⅓ fresh cucumber, chopped

½ fresh orange, chopped

⅓ cup non-dairy milk (I like homemade raw cashew milk, but any will do)

water, as needed

 

Directions: 

1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth. Add more water an ounce at a time until it is as smooth as you like.

2. Pour into a sixteen-ounce glass, mug, or jar, and enjoy!
