Almond hummus dip
What you need:
soak 3 cups of almonds in 4 cups of water for 3 hours
put in blender with water
1 teaspoon ground coriander
2 teaspoons kosher salt
3 tablespoons tahini
two diced onions
What you do:
take blended almonds out, mix ingredients together
makes a beautiful chunky vegan dip
optional chili powder or a fresh serano pepper

3 hours involved in nut preparation
