Nut Butter Oil Separation Solution

I don't know if anyone is as crazy as I am when it comes to nut butter, but I wanted to share my solution to a problem I've had.
I generally pour out the oil that rises to the top when I open a new jar of nut butter. By the time I get to the bottom, the nut butter is all dry and hard to spread. I've been working on this for a while and here's what I came up with.
Pour out oil on top 7-10 days before you want to actually use the nut butter. Then store the jar upside down until 2 days before you use it. The oil evenly distributes itself through the entire jar, so that when you're ready to use it, the nut butter is all perfect. Yay!
great idea ;)b
What I do is mix it in... problem solved! If you store it for any length of time, put it in the fridge and it won't separate again.

this si what i do. i know someone else who pours out the oil and i always tell her she is crazy. she likes it all dry or something.
i like it.. well, not all dry.
