Peanut Butter Pie

What you need: 

1 vegan pie crust (your choice, I use an Oreo pie crust)
8 ounce (1 package) vegan cream cheese (I use Tofutti vegan cream cheese)
3/4 cup raw sugar
1 tablespoon vegan butter
1 cup (natural/organic) creamy peanut butter
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup vegan fluff (for example, Ricemellow Creme)

What you do: 

1st- Freeze your pie crust of choice.
2nd- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and stir very well, may take a few minutes due to the thickness of the peanut butter.
3rd- After all ingredients are mixed, slowly add them to the pie crust.
4th- Add toppings to the pie (whatever you choose) vegan oreo's, organic sprinkles, etc.
5th- Place in the fridge for about 30 minutes and then you are ready to eat!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

Where do you find vegan fluff??  I've never seen or heard of this before, but gosh darnit this pie looks sooo good.  Any idea on a subsitute or if I can make my own fluff?  Now I'm really curious about the fluff!!!

You can find Ricemellow Creme at some Whole Foods and health food stores. It's made with brown rice syrup.
