Platano Maduro

What you need: 

1 cup oil
2 ripe, almost black plantains, peeled and sliced 1/2"

What you do: 

1. Heat oil in a frying pan. Once the oil is hot, place the sliced plantains in. They cook fast.
2. Turn them to cook both sides. They will have a golden brown color. Once they are done serve them right away.
The easiest recipe ever.
