Creamy Banana Smoothie
What you need:
2 frozen bananas, sliced
1 1/2 cups vanilla soymilk
3 tablespoons soy yogurt
1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup almonds, crushed
What you do:
1) in a blender, add all of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
Enjoy!

I like to use almond milk and regular yogurt, I am not fond of anything soy.
