<3 Chicken Salad

What you need: 

1 (12-ounce) package vegan "chicken"
1/2 cup vegan mayo (or more if your obsessed with it like me)
1/4 cup diced celery, chopped
1/4 cup diced red onion, chopped
1/4 cup raisins, chopped

What you do: 

1. Cook "chicken" according to package directions, then cut into bite-sized pieces. Place in freezer to cool.
2. In a bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Serve like a sandwich or just eat plain like my sis does whenever she comes over.
