BBQ Wrap

What you need: 

2 tablespoons BBQ sauce (I use Sweet Baby Ray's brand)
vegan cream cheese substitute (I like Tofutti)
whole wheat tortillas
spinach/romaine/lettuce of your choice
veggie meat deli slices- turkey, sliced
veggie meat deli slices- ham, sliced
veggie bacon cooked
vegan cheese, optional (I like Follow Your Heart brand)
1/2 red onion sliced

What you do: 

Combine the BBQ sauce and the cream cheese substitute in a bowl and stir to make the BBQ spread. Lay the tortillas flat and spoon the BBQ spread onto the tortillas leaving a 1/4 in. margin. Add the lettuce, the veggie meats, cheese, and onion slices. Roll it up and enjoy. It's great with a side of chips or pasta salad. Sometimes I also will crumble up jalapeno flavored potato chips instead of veggie bacon and it turns out delicious.

I am going to try this when I get the ingredients - the crushed chips version! Yum!
