Best "Ice Cream" Ever!

What you need: 

1 1/2 cups of frozen fruit
1/2 cup soy milk (vanilla or plain)
1 tablespoon of silken tofu
sweetener of your choice (sugar, syrup, etc.)

What you do: 

Put frozen fruit in a blender, add tofu, and blend for about 15 seconds.
Gradually add the soy milk. Blend until it resembles a sorbet and mix in sugar for taste.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

It didn't work ut so well for me it came out like a strange smoothie, but it could just be my blender.
