Super Chunky Chili

What you need: 

4 cans of dark red kidney beans undrained
1 large can of diced tomatoes undrained
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 packets of chili seasoning, mild or hot according to taste. *Make sure it's vegan*
2 cups of vegan burger-style crumbles
2 medium onions diced chunky

What you do: 

Combine onions and olive oil in a large sized pot. Cook until onions are brown and tender.
Add beans, tomatoes, burger crumbles, and seasoning packs. You can add water depending on how thick you like your chili.
Bring to a boil and reduce heat to a simmer. Simmer about 15-20 minutes.
This chili is GREAT with the Old Fashioned Cornbread recipe from this site.
