Apple Bundt Cake

What you need:

3 Ener-G "eggs"
1/4 cup oil
1 1/2 cups sugar or Stevia
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
3/4 cup applesauce, unsweetened
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
2 cups flour
4 1/2 cups apples, thinly sliced

What you do:

Whip Ener-G eggs until they will form soft peaks. Whisk in oil, then sugar, vanilla, and spices. Fold in applesauce, using as few strokes as possible.
In another bowl, mix salt, soda, and flour. Mix with wet ingredients, then add sliced apples. Pour into a 10-12 cup bundt pan, oiled and floured.
Bake at 325 degrees (350 also works) until a toothpick comes out clean, about 1 1/2 hours. Allow cake to cool. For decoration, dust with confectioner's sugar before serving.
Notes:
-I use about 3/4 cup whole wheat flour and 1 1/4 cups unbleached white.
-Cake tastes best if made 1 day ahead.
-I use granny smith apples.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

I found it was lacking something of flavor, Not a big crowd pleaser for me. Needs something else added or taken away.
