Everyday Dessert

What you need:

1/4 cup granola with almonds
a bit of cinnamon
a cup or so of frozen fruit (I mix pineapple, blueberries, strawberries and raspberries)
raw sugar or maple syrup to taste
Hip Whip (optional)
toasted nuts

What you do:

I have this pretty much every night. It’s delicious and healthy. Kind of like a crisp without the work or calories.
Defrost berries for a minute or so in the microwave. I always leave them kind of frozen. Mix in the cinnamon and sugar. Top with granola, nuts and Hip Whip.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

i do something similar to this  as a snack pretty often. i use homemade fruit salad instead of frozen fruit and 'tofu yogurt' instead of hip whip. i just throw some silken tofu along with a bit of sugar, vanilla, and 4-5 drops of almond extract in the blender until it's all nice and smooth. i love this stuff.

This is quite good and can be as healthy as you want to make it.  I used allspice instead of cinnamon and recommend experiementing with different spices/spice mixes.  You could really use any type of cold cereal that you like (not just granola).  Thanks for the idea, I was looking for a single-serving fruit dessert, on the healthy side, that wouldn't take a lot of effort and this was perfect.
