Tasty and Simple Guacamole

What you need:

3 large ripe avocados
1 roma/plum tomato
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
2-4 cloves of minced garlic, depending on preference (fresh is best)
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped (leaves only) (optional)

What you do:

Peel and pit the avocados. Mash the fruit up in a bowl so that there are no large lumps left.
Add the lime juice, cilantro if using, and garlic and mix it all up well.
Next, dice up the tomato, removing the seeds and sludgy inner part. Add the tomato pieces to the mixture and stir gently.
Finally, add salt and pepper depending on your taste.
This will feed about 3-4 people as an appetizer. Enjoy!
