Sweet and White Dauphinoise

What you need: 

2 medium white potatoes
2 medium sweet potatoes
3 tablespoons vegan margarine
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup vegan creamer

What you do: 

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Parboil potatoes 20 minutes. Drain, peel and slice thinly.
2. Butter a 2 quart casserole with margarine, and rub with garlic. Layer potatoes, alternating sweet and white.
3. Season with salt between layers, and pour creamer over all. Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden.
