TLT - Tempeh, Lettuce and Tomato

What you need: 

1 package Smoky Tempeh
A few pieces of lettuce (Romaine, Red Leaf, Green Leaf)
1 Tomato, sliced
4 Slices whole wheat or rye bread
tofu vegan mayonnaise

What you do: 

Fry the Smoky Tempeh strips in a dry frying pan until browned around the edges. Meanwhile, get your vegan bread nice and toasty. Spread the toast with the tofu mayo, layer on the tempeh strips, lettuce, tomato, salt and pepper.
This sandwhich is great!!!
