Onion And Tomato Raita
What you need:
8 ounces vegan plain yogurt
1/4 cup nondairy milk
1 small onion, chopped
1 small tomato, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
1/2 teaspoon chat masala, optional
What you do:
1. Beat yogurt and milk until smooth.
2. Add onion and tomato.
3. Add salt and pepper and sprinkle the chat masala over, and serve.
