Fajita

What you need: 

6 large Italian mushrooms
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 large onion (I used a yellow)
2 tablespoons oil
dash salt
fajita tortillas
some water

What you do: 

Cut mushrooms in slices removing stems, set aside. Cut onion and peppers into slices. In a skillet heat oil add peppers and onion. Cook until almost caramelized, add salt, mushrooms and water. Water should dissipate. Remove from heat and enjoy.
