Tomatoes and Pasta Shells

What you need: 

This yummy and simple:
1 box pasta shells (vegan, w/o. Riboflaven & B1/B2)
1 can of whole or chopped tomatoes
1 pinch of salt
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil (optional)
1 garlic clove or 1 teaspoon garlic powder

What you do: 

1. Start boiling the pasta until a little bit chewy.2. Drain pasta rinsing with hot water for 2-3 minutes.3. Put pasta in large spagetti pot.4. Mix tomatoes in with pasta on medium heat until tomatoes are heated.5. Add salt, vegetable oil(optional), and garlic.6. Mix well on medium heat for about 3 minutes to absorb flavor.7. EAT and ENJOY!
