Strawberry Pie

What you need: 

2 cups strawberries
2 cups vegan whipped cream
1 vegan graham cracker pie crust

What you do: 

1. Place strawberries and whipped cream in blender blend until liquid.
2. Pour mixture into graham cracker pie crust, cover, and freeze until frozen.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

So yummy, but I admit I made a few modifications.  I couldn't find vegan whipped cream, like Cool Whip -- just Soya Whip in the dairy case and I didn't know how much I would get out of it.  So I bought a small container of vanilla soy yogurt.  I then put the strawberries, the soy yogurt, and some Soya whip in the food processor.  I tasted it after I first pulsed it and I didn't think it tasted sweet enough so I added a few packets of Splenda, pulsed again, and poured it into the pie crust.  Stuck it in the freezer for about 4 hours and served it.  So good I know I could fool non-vegans with this.  I would probably pretty it up with some sliced strawberries on top and a squirt of whip cream and ta-dah -- dessert!  Marian

yeah, you don't cook it..you FREEZE it...
It's delicious!

um....the freezing IS the cooking process.  Just let it thaw a bit, slice and enjoy

How long do i put it in the oven and what Temp. i mean it sounds great but what about all the important stuff
