Vegan Thai Tofu Salad

What you need: 

100 g  cubed smoked or grilled tofu

1-2 cups of lettuce 

1/2 ripe mango, in cubes

1/2 cucumber, peeled and sliced without seeds

1/4 cup chopped peanuts

sweet-spicy thai sauce, to taste

salt, optional

What you do: 

Grill the tofu, let cool either at room temperature or place in the refridgerator. In a medium cereal bowl place half of the lettuce, layer with half of the mango, and half of the cucumber. Add the rest of the lettuce, mango and cucumber. "Decorate" with the tofu, chopped peanuts and Thai sauce. Enjoy(:
