I am writing a blog containing reviews of local businesses that cater to vegans/vegetarians. I am wondering what everyone would be looking for in this type of review. What are you looking for in a review of food stores, restaurants, etc.? I would really appreciate some feedback. Thanks, guys!
Resturaunts-
If the menu items are clearly labeled as vegan/vegetarian.
If the servers/cooks are happy to take requests and understand your eating restrictions.
Mabye if theres anything that an Omni would also like (so friends wouldnt be afraid to try this food).
Stores-
Prices reasonable?
Able to buy in bulk?
Helpful staff?
Hmm. Sounds cool!!, thats all i can think of for now, i'll be sure to post again if i come up with anything else.
what can be tweaked to be made vegan & which items are vegan that you could mix and match (like the sauce from 1 dish is vegan but the noodles arent but you can request the other style noodle that is instead, etc)
you should check out www.veganeatingout.com
the person who runs it is a member here and it is a really helpful site, i use it alot!
Is a separate cooking setup (dedicated grill space, knives, etc.) used for vegan food? For some people it's important, for others not so much.
