I’m a laid-back, fun-loving, 33 year old, professional female looking to share my 2 bedroom Victorian apartment. Rent is $900 (includes utilities). I’m looking for a good roommate match, so please write to share a bit about yourself & your ideal living situation.

The available bedroom is small but very sunny and it has hardwood floors, high ceiling and a small, private closet. The room faces the east and is on the rear of the house, so it’s quiet and peaceful. Two windows to let in morning sun. There is a little bit of storage available in the basement.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a 3-story (6 units) house, built in the 1890s. It has high ceilings, hardwood floors, large kitchen, iron claw foot bathtub, wireless Internet, on-site coin-free laundry, nice tiled deck and a huge, green backyard with a BBQ grill, garden, compost pile and a mighty tall Cypress tree.

The house is steps away from the N Judah and nearby almost all underground Muni lines and many buses. Zip Car available next door. Street parking is actually pretty easy. Short walks to to the Duboce, Buena Vista and Corona Heights Parks. Easy walk to Dolores Park. Very close to Castro and the Haight with lots of restaurants, shops and nightlife all around. You will like living here!
