Ener-G shelf life?

I was shopping at my local health food store today, and was looking into getting some Ener-G egg replacer. I have never used the stuff (always used other replacers!) and it only came in a large-ish box that I probably would take a year to use up!
My question...what is the shelf life of Ener-G (especially once opened)? I didn't see any sort of expiration date on it.

I don't use mine that often, I just put it in the fridge and I've had it for a couple of months.

I dunno. I think I've had the same box (or had, before I got a new one) for quite a long time-many months, maybe year. I never had any problems, and it seems like it could last quite a long time, as long as remained closed well.
I've had my same box for over a year, and it's still ok....I think...I still use it...
I keep mine in the freezer and have had it for a few months.
I think mine is like 10 years old and still fine.
I might be exaggerating, but it's really, really old.
They last forever, really, as long as you don't live somewhere where bugs get into stuff like that.
I've had mine for 3+ years. It seems to be OK - I still use it! It would probably take me 10 years to go through that huge box.
As far as i know Ener-G doesnt expire
