Veggie Revolution We are the vegetarian authors of a new book, Veggie Revolution: Smart Choices for a Healthy Body and a Healthy Planet. On the blog we share some of the more than 100 vegetarian recipes in the book, also pieces of interviews from the book about the humane, health, and environmental issues related to our diet choices. We interviewed and toured four factory farms and four small humane and sustainable farms. Also interviewed lots of college students, and food industry workers. Our blog also has ongoing interviews with farmers and food workers for another book in-progress. |
