I used two cups walnuts and one cup pine nuts (you know, what was around), but other than that, I followed the recipe almost exactly.

Sorry, some editing: for the mustard, you'll want to add a pretty good amount- around 3 tbsp or more, I think (as opposed to a small pinch!).
