This was a good recipe. I had to use lentils since I didn't have black eyed peas and walnut oil for olive. I added a diced tomato and I think I upped the snow peas to a cup.

There was something about these that didn't work for me. I think if I make these again, I'll do what OrangeCreme did and leave out the scallions and maybe half the garlic.
