This sounds awesome. As for your advice on the tofu....do you mean freeze it or to just let it sit in the freezer for a little while to absorb the oil and tamari?
These are so freaking fantastic. I was skeptical when I first read the list of ingredients, but they stayed together very well and tasted delish! I didn't even press my tofu.
I have made this several times and it always comes out delicious. I double the amounts to feed my whole family and allow a little for leftovers. The cheesy sauce in this is super good ;)b.
