This is ridiculously tasty for how simple it is. I used chili oil and mirin, and added a little rice vinegar. It was absolutely delicious and the texture was great. There were no leftovers, sadly.
Man, oh man this was moist! I made it into a coconut cake, so I used coconut butter for the marge & coconut extract instead of the almond. Seriously one of the best cakes I have ever made.
This was so, so good! I didn't blend it, just mashed the squash with the back of the spoon. It was good that way, but I think I will blend it semi-smooth next time.
