Ok, so I made this, and it 'broke' on me, so I ended up using way more sugar to bind it together. It's ok, but it is very sweet, and not enough strawberry taste.

They do have more of a cake type texture to them. I don't use olive oil in mine, not sure how that would taste, and I use brown sugar, but the recipe's pretty much the same otherwise.
