ACTUALLY IT CRIES FOR SOME VEGGIES.  KALE, CHARD, PEPPERS.  AND MAYBE A SAUCE OF SOME KIND.  BUT IT DOES SOUND GOOD.

i have used this since my last post and all i can say is :wow!!
this sounds cool as well.  looking to find recipes for stuff i can make myself without additives or packaging which has to be recycled.  will try this.  bravo!!
