i, like others, cut down on the soda and added a mashed banana to the mix. i also topped it with a simple syrup. it was pretty awesome!!!

i made this today. the smell was very similar to cooked eggs, due to the indian black salt, which has a couple sulfur compounds in it. i cooked it for about 10 minutes over a fairly high heat.
