oh i just wanted to add that this recipe made 16 instead of 12 muffins for me.. if i had put all the batter into 12 muffin cups it would have overflowed everywhere..

Ive heard that agave nectar doesnt alter blood sugar at all, and that brown rice syrup only alters it a little bit..

huh.. yeah i guess from the reviews the dough is just too stiff.. i guess add about 1/4 cup liquid to fix that and they should be nice and fluffy :)
