The texture of this is awesome.  It is the smoothest and creamiest nondairy ice cream I've ever eaten.  The banana and coconut taste is stronger than that of the chocolate though.

Cauliflower is not my favorite vegetable by far.  This was very good though, and I will make it again.  I might even try it with broccoli.  My 4-yo ate it but wasn't too wild about
