This was super easy and tasted pretty good, I added some red peppers to it since I had some in the kitchen and some chopped jalapeno. Really nice flavors and not a lot of work thanks.
Made these last night into heart shaped cupcakes, the texture was perfect I ended up using a different frosting recipe that I love. Really fantastic recipe

Really fantastic and easy! I used 2 ripe bananas and less sugar, some extra zucchini, and made the loaf instead of muffins. I also used whole wheat flour which tastes so good with the banana.

This sounded really great but I went wrong somewhere.... they turned out more like popovers than muffins.
Delicious! Super easy and they turned out really nice. I ended up adding some fresh chopped garlic, a touch of curry powder and I roasted them with the sauce already on. Thanks great recipe

This turned out really nice. I didn't cook the veggies long enough so it wasn't creamy but I still really enjoyed the flavor and the texture. Thanks for a great winter soup

I was so pleased with how this turned out, I highly recommend this recipe. The only changes I made was adding fresh red onion since I didn't have any dehydrated flakes and some fresh garlic.
WE absolutely loved this recipe! I used tempeh instead of tofu and used butternut squash which worked so well with the tangy kale and savory tempeh.

This was very easy and a great summer food, but I also had some watery issues. It still tasted really great but definitely too liquid. Any suggestions would be helpful.
Thanks
