:D ... WOW. You are really onto something here. This makes one seriously soft, rich cookie- different than other vegan chocolate chip cookie recipes I've tried.
I was a little bit hesitant to make this. I never thought that kale and chickpeas would compliment each other, but after trying it, I like the idea. I would change some things next time.
