I liked this mix of beans, chilis and sugar... I put them in a tortilla with some sauteed veggies (onion, sweet potato, corn, red bell, and yellow squash) burrito style with soy cheeze.

We really enjoyed this. I used yellow onion instead of green and powdered ginger instead of fresh, because its what I had. Veggies I used were carrots, broccoli, bok choy and bell pepper.

Really good cornbread! Was done in about 25 minutes though. So, I'd keep my eye on the oven if I was you, just in case. I used applesauce for the egg replacer and didn't add any soy cheeze.
Fantastic! I had never had anything like this before! It was pretty easy to make too! This was the first recipe I ever added to my favorites and I finally decided to make it.

Really good soup! Next time I might try the "stoup" style. Followed exactly, except no lime. My husband kept saying "mmmmm" the whole time he was eating it.
