Wow... so moist and delicious! I thought maybe a cup of sugar would make it too sweet, but it came out perfectly. I used a loaf tin and baked it for ~40 minutes.

I was surprised that this came out so well! Despite omitting the salt and using water instead of soymilk, this tasted pretty good. I also used 2 tbsp. sugar.
I needed a chocolate fix right away, but was too tired to invest lots of time into anything. This recipe was perfect! It really did taste like brownie batter.
