Love, Love, Love.  I didn't have cauliflower or anchos so I used cabbage and serranos. I doubled the cumin, added a little extra veggie stock, and threw in a Tofurkey Chorizo.

There are WAY too many chips/ nuts for the batter. So much that they don't hold together. If I were to make it again I would double the recipe for dough or half the chips and nuts.
