This was super delicious! I used apple cider vinegar and left out the garlic (I ran out, oops!) and served them on toast with earth balance and fried gimme lean sausage and hot sauce. SO GOOD.

Delicious. Perfect soup for a stormy, rainy night. I added sliced portobellos (gave the soup a "beefy" taste since I was fresh out of the no-beef bouillon) and didn't use any cheese.

One of my major weak spots is a quesadilla with Vegan Gourmet cheese. Whenever possible I try to make a healthy (okay, healthi[i]er[/i]  ::)) homemade version. This bean spread was AMAZING.

These are great! I'm bringing these to a vegan potluck tonight. Soo easy! I subbed cornstarch for arrowroot, added about a tablespoon of agave, and added 2 teaspoons of amaretto liquor.
