I don't know of any specific bbq sauces without msg, but a Google search will give ya all kinds of msg-free BBQ sauces. You could try making your own BBQ sauce, too.

This was very yummy! I only had one veggie cube, so I halved the recipe. I used two potatoes, three garlic cloves, and two and a half carrots. After I pureed it, my soup was nice and creamy.
This was simple and tasty! I used Healthy Choice's Country Medley Vegetable Soup and frozen mixed veggies. I didn't have any crumbles, so I just made it without them.
